Although Wargrave is a small village, there is always plenty going on. It has an active, enthusiastic and influential community who contribute to the thriving atmosphere. The aim of this site is to provide a focal point for some of the things happening around the village and an easy reference for finding local information.

This page, the "High Street", provides a central location for discovering the main areas of Wargrave net (and some of the other Wargrave sites). The "What's New" page provides the latest information about new additions to the site or local items of interest.

If you already know where you want to go, just click on the signpost on the left, otherwise, read on...

Slow down...
Kill your speed

Slow Down!

Hit by a vehicle at 40mph,
9 out of 10
pedestrians are killed.

At 30mph, 5 out of 10 pedestrians are killed.

At 20mph, 1 pedestrian is killed but 9 survive.

Just a few miles per hour can make the difference between life and death.

Tragically, every year around 130 of the victims are young children.

Every driver can help.
Let's keep our village a safer place.
